Elizabeth Kruger is the head of our Appellate Division. Ms. Kruger interned for the Honorable Judge William B. Spellbring, Jr., Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, MD. Ms. Kruger specializes in the appeal of lower court decisions; the research, writing and editing of briefs; and preparation of oral arguments. She has over 25 years of experience in the Maryland Court of Appeals and Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Further, Ms. Kruger has been involved in the most significant appellate decisions in Maryland, which define the practice of domestic relations law.
